Three-season or four-season?
A three-season room is for spring through fall. A four-season room is insulated to be lived in all year. We'll talk through which one fits how you'll use it.
Do sunrooms need a permit?
An addition does, and we handle the application.
What does a sunroom cost?
It depends on size, season rating, foundation and finishes, so we price sunrooms after a site visit, in a fixed written quote.
