Elm Kitchen (Elm Kitchen Bath and Outdoors) is a renovation company in St. Thomas, Ontario. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Consultation requests. When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number and message. The form is delivered to our email by Web3Forms.
- Cost calculator. To show your price, we ask for your name and an email address or mobile number and send a one-time code to confirm it. Your choices, contact details and estimate are saved in Estiquik, the software we use to run quotes and follow-ups, so we can prepare your quote.
- Calls and texts. If you tick the box that says so, we may call or text you about your estimate, including with an automated AI assistant. This is never a condition of a quote, and you can say stop at any time.
- Website measurement. We use Google's advertising tag to measure how our ads perform. Google may set cookies for this.
- Hosting. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, and we only use it to answer you, prepare your quote and carry out your renovation.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop calls and texts, call (236) 799-0941 or reply to any message we send.
