What does the price include?
Cabinets supplied, assembled and installed, countertops, backsplash, flooring, the sink and faucet, the appliances you tick, demolition, disposal and painting. HST is extra and shown separately.
Why are plumbing and electrical separate?
They depend on the pipes and wiring behind your walls, so they may be extra. We show a rough figure beside your price and confirm it at the free in-home measure.
How close is this to a real quote?
It's priced the way we price kitchens in St. Thomas, London and area. Your fixed, itemized quote comes after a free in-home measure, because walls, plumbing and wiring are only known on site.
Why do I need a code?
So your estimate is saved to you, you can come back and change it, and we can reach you if you'd like a quote.
Does it cover removing a wall?
No. A wall can need an engineer and a permit, so we price it after we've seen it.
