Questions
Before you call.
What changes the cost of a renovation?
The size of the room, whether plumbing or walls move, the materials you choose (natural stone costs more than quartz, for example) and how complex the tile work is.
Do you work in St. Thomas?
We're based in St. Thomas. We work on heritage homes and newer builds across town and handle the Elgin County permit process for you.
Do you work outside St. Thomas?
Yes: London, Elgin County (including Aylmer, Port Stanley, Tillsonburg and Strathroy), Norfolk County, Simcoe and Stratford, with the same fixed pricing everywhere.
