What does a kitchen renovation cost in St. Thomas and London?

Do I need a permit for a kitchen renovation?
New cabinets and paint usually don't. Moving a sink, a wall or a window usually does, and new wiring needs an ESA notification. We handle permit applications on projects that need them. Our permit guide covers St. Thomas and London.
